
Wellness and fitness are a lifelong endeavor. Once you get yourself into shape and into a healthier lifestyle, you want to stay there!
That’s why we publish a quarterly newsletter called “FitLetter.” In this publication, we talk about a variety of topics of general interest to people who are interested in getting in and staying in better shape. Articles often include interviews with clients, who tell you, in their own words, what it was like to work with a fitness trainer…an in-depth look at a particular program such as our “Total Immersion” program for swimmers or our “Prenatal Fitness” program for expectant mothers….and all sorts of tips on how to keep yourself in shape during the colder, indoor months and most especially, during the holidays when there is food all around us. Within the pages of FitLetter, we also talk in some detail about the corporate wellness programs that we have delivered to such organizations as American Airlines, United Airlines, and Massport Firefighters.
